Jyväskylän ITF Taekwon-Do

Jyväskylän ITF Taekwon-Do is a taekwon-do club founded in 2006 that trains members from the age of 6 upwards. Beginner courses are divided into groups for children, juniors and teens/adults, and around 100–150 children take part each year. The sport develops agility, mobility, strength and endurance while teaching values such as courtesy and perseverance.
