TODAY WE MEET CAFÉ at Sahrami Family House

TODAY WE MEET CAFÉ from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM. The family house's Today We Meet Café is a meeting place for cultures for all families with babies and children. In guided sessions, children learn language in a fun and diverse way through stories, songs, and rhymes. Adults have the opportunity to practice their Finnish language skills. Children will find playmates, and while they play, parents can get to know other families. The activity is free of charge. You can warm up your own food and make coffee/tea. The family house also has diaper changing facilities. Address: Haukilahdenkuja 3. We use the premises in cooperation with Päiväkoti Viola, and the family house has its own entrance. Note! Strollers can be left in the fenced area under the canopy in the inner courtyard (shared with Päiväkoti Viola). We are open Mon-Fri from 9 AM to 4 PM. You can always drop in to play and have fun according to your own schedule!

Malmi Library's Word Art Group

What happens when a ghost child from the past gets lost in the library? What if you can enter a secret world through a countess's mirror? Or what if a cat can talk and fish? Come invent your own stories, play with words, and let your imagination run wild! In the group, we write, brainstorm, and create together. No prior experience is needed. In this group, everyone can create word art! The leader is children's author and word art teacher Maami Snellman. The group is suitable for 3rd-5th graders. The group does not meet during the autumn holiday week.
