With finger food, babies explore food independently. Everything happens on the baby's terms. The baby decides what, how much, and at what pace they put into their mouth from the plate. Before starting finger feeding, it's good for parents to learn the basic principles – either by researching it themselves or through our SORMIN group activities. The SORMIN group is an activity for babies aged 6–12 months with a parent. You can participate when your baby can sit in a high chair with light support and shows interest in food. SORMIN is like a restaurant for babies, suitable for both experienced finger feeders and those just starting to explore food. Experience has shown that babies around 8 months old get the most out of the activity. The activity starts with a mini music group, which sets the theme for the day. After that, we'll move to the dining table.
